It’s been over 12 years since I started in the real estate industry.  Like most of us, I started in sales.  I faced 6 months of high expenses, and no sales.  It wasn’t until I found my first real mentor that my career turned around, and I went from 0 sales, to selling a home every 2 weeks on average.  

With early success in sales and winning a handful of local and corporate awards, I transitioned to the management side of the office. It was in this phase of my career that I found my strength. I was a talented sales person, but a truly gifted teacher.  

Since that transition, I’ve worked in business development for brokerages ever since.  Consistently recruiting 50+ Realtors for the past 8 years as part of a recruitment team, leading a team, or on my own, I found a passion in having career conversations, branding, and marketing strategies.  

Today, I spend my time working with broker/owners who want to grow dynamic offices, productive Realtors, and strong resilient cultures.  I’ve helped recruit over 400 Realtors in my career, and Coaching is a results-oriented process.  There’s no point to a coach who can’t chart the path and deliver an outcome.
